Bellhopping is an online luxury hotel booking platform that allows users to book, modify, and manage their reservations independently. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Bellhopping is a self-service platform. As a user, you are responsible for booking, modifying, and canceling your reservations. The platform provides tools for you to manage your bookings, but we do not handle these tasks on your behalf.
As a Bellhopping customer, you may receive up to 50% of the hotel booking commission for each completed reservation. Cashback is issued after your stay is completed and the booking process is finalized. Payments are made through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Cashback amounts and eligibility are subject to change.
When you book through Bellhopping, you may be eligible for exclusive perks and amenities at participating hotels, which may include:
Perks are subject to availability and the hotel's discretion. They are not guaranteed with every booking.
Bellhopping acts solely as a booking agent. Any issues, disputes, or discrepancies that arise during your stay must be resolved directly with the hotel. Bellhopping is not responsible for problems related to your stay or for issues arising from amenities or services provided by the hotel.
You may cancel your hotel reservation through the platform, provided you do so within the hotel's specific cancellation policy to avoid any charges. To modify your reservation, you must either cancel and rebook through the platform, or contact the hotel directly. Additional charges or fees may apply depending on the hotel's policies.
Bellhopping is not liable for any damages, losses, or reservations that do not meet the quality, availability, or performance of the hotels listed on our platform. By using Bellhopping, you agree that our liability is limited to the extent of the hotel booking commission cashback only.
Bellhopping reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after such changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be resolved in the state courts within that jurisdiction.
