• Account data: name, email address, phone number
• Booking data: guest names, travel dates, hotel selections, payment card details (processed by Sabre GDS — we do not store card numbers)
• Search data: destination searches, date ranges, number of guests
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (collected via Google Analytics when you consent)
• Communication data: emails we send you (booking confirmations, receipts)

• Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): booking data is required to complete your reservation
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): search history is retained briefly to improve search results and troubleshoot issues
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set if you accept via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

We use two categories of cookies:

• Functional cookies (always active): session cookies that keep you logged in and maintain your booking session. These are essential for the site to work and do not require your consent.
• Analytics cookies (consent required):Google Analytics 4 cookies that help us understand how users interact with the platform. These are only set after you click "Accept Analytics" in the banner. You can change this at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google Analytics defaults to a denied state until you explicitly consent.

• Sabre GDS: processes hotel search queries and booking transactions. Sabre receives guest names, travel dates, and payment card data to complete reservations.
• Resend: sends transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets). Resend processes your email address.
• Google Analytics: analytics service, only activated with your consent. Google may process your IP address and browsing data on servers in the United States.

• Booking records: 7 years (legal and tax requirements)
• Search logs: 90 days
• Account data: until you request deletion
• Email logs: 1 year

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete data (you can do this in your profile)
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent: withdraw analytics consent at any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing the platform from the European Economic Area, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal mechanism for these transfers where applicable.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, httpOnly session cookies, CSRF protection, and server-level firewall rules. Payment card numbers are transmitted directly to Sabre GDS and are never stored on our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state courts within that jurisdiction.
