Search your destination and dates, browse luxury hotels with or without perks, click "Book," and complete your reservation. Your confirmation email details included perks, cancellation policies, and check-in information. Members receive 50% commission cash back within 15 days.
Bellhopping is a self-service platform, so you manage your own reservations. To cancel a reservation you made on Bellhopping, open your profile menu in the upper-right corner of any page and click "My Bookings." In Upcoming Trips, find the hotel stay you want to cancel and click "Manage Booking." At the bottom of the page, click the "Cancel Booking" bar, then click "Confirm Cancellation" when prompted. The cancelled reservation will be removed from Upcoming Trips immediately, and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Perks appear when booking eligible rooms at Preferred Hotels. Check "Room Details" before booking, review the checkout page for listed perks, or consult your confirmation email. Typical perks include complimentary upgrades, breakfast for two, $75–$200 hotel credits, early check-in/late check-out, upgraded Wi-Fi, and welcome gifts.
You can book 1–3 rooms depending on hotel availability. For specific configurations like adjoining rooms, call the hotel directly. Groups exceeding five rooms should contact support for potential better pricing.
